Refund policy

We want you to love your order from Jett Sets. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

* Returns/Exchanges for all orders that were shipped, are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
* Returns/Exchanges for all pickup/local delivery orders must be returned within 24 hours to be able to get a refund.
* Any orders returned outside of our return window are not eligible for return.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid return label for $9, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. If interested email Jacquelyn@shopjettsets.com

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
* All tags must still be attached
* All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
